As you can see from the video, it didn't take long for the mosquitoes to make their presence known!
Yes, dusk and dawn, they are back with a vengeance. The vampires of the insect world.
However, we had two days of cold and windy conditions giving us two beautiful days without Black Flies and Mosquitoes.
This week was also rainy everyday with the exception of a nice sunny day on Friday.
This morning, while writing this blog, I watched a young Robin just outside my window. It was relaxed and enjoying the peace in several of the many trees here.
Also this week, the wild rabbits were making their presence known and getting the attention of the dogs and mostly Blue who would love to get loose to chase them.
It is great to be able enjoy the interaction with the forests inhabitants.
