"EASTER GREETINGS FROM THE NORTHERN FOREST!"
Easter time here at Miortuk reminds us of the upcoming resurrection of life here in the forest after Winters passing. In this photo , we see Cannelle and her new litter of pups in the Spring of 2009.
The rebirth of life here in the northern forest is an exciting time with promises of regenerate of all of nature and its beauty.
This has been a busy week with the departure of Fabian & Noemi on Monday and their trip back home to Switzerland. Before they departed, we attended a Cabine Des Sucre for a great Spring Brunch that celebrates the harvesting of the Maple Sap and the making of Maple Syrup in the Spring here in Quebec.
The position of Handler/Trainee is still open for next season. If you are interested, please contact me ASAP.
This week has also been a week of record warm temperatures for this time of year. At this rate the snow will soon be gone along with the ice on the lake.
The dogs are all enjoying the warmth and basking in the sunshine.
