"A BEAUTIFUL NEW MOON AT DUSK IN THE NORTHERN FOREST!"

This photo captures a beautiful new moon rising over the lake this week.
 It was a real strange week of weather again this week with some below freezing temperatures at night and unseasonably warm temperatures during the day. These temperatures are great if your not running Sled dogs.
Despite the weather, we were able to get in 5 days of training. The trails are hard and frozen early in the morning prompting the training taking place later than usual in the mornings. We really could use 5" to 6" of packed snow on the trails.
This weekend, the temperatures were more reminiscent of summer than autumn.
