" A BEAUTIFUL MORNING SCENE TO START THE DAY IN THE NORTHERN FOREST!"
Picture
What a beautiful scene to start the day and the month of November. Today was a fitting end to a very unsettled week with the weather. We had a lot of rain this week totally eliminating any traces of snow from the previous week. Today, we had rain, snow flurries, overcast skies and sunshine.
Before training could take place this morning, we had to go out and clear the trail of fallen trees as a result of high winds yesterday.
Even, with all the poor weather, we were able to get in 3 days training runs.
The dogs continue to improve their conditioning and have now proceeded to 4 minute run/2 minute rest intervals. They are showing no fatigue after training on either a fast 4.5 mile run and a slower 8 mile run.
Hopefully, the coming weeks weather will allow us to get in a normal training week.
There are a couple of new postings on YouTube.
Until next week.......
